Philosophy and Value Proposition

The majesty of an iceberg, the spectacular image of the turquoise colored water at the surface against its stark white profile, is something to behold.

In business, success is visible but the true work that leads to that success is often hidden.  Your customers see a project delivered on time and on budget that exceeded expectations, word spreads, and your company grows.  But what happens when you start to outgrow the systems, processes, or people that got you there?  How do you ensure that all of steps that are required to consistently deliver exceptional quality and service happen consistently when you no longer know the name of everyone in your organization?

How do you prioritize when you realize everything has to change?

This is where I come in.

I've had exceptional work experiences with local, national, and international exposure, while living and working full time in Newfoundland and Labrador. With a passion for business excellence, connection and integration, I have seen that strong governance, planning, project, and risk management are foundational pillars that support organizations through growth and change.

The biggest mistake I see is viewing these pillars as 'nice to haves' or administrative burdens, therefore missing a chance to right size them and get maximum value. Smart businesses use these overarching scaffold like processes to support effective prioritization, focused initiative selection, process integration, and integration.

Large companies can hire teams to get this stuff right but SMEs, not for profits, associations, and other entities can't justify a full time FTE with this kind of experience and expertise and they don't need a massive program with a ton of formality.

I am taking the knowledge I've gained in two decades of working with and advising Executive teams and Boards of Directors to serve mid market clients (who also can't afford the rates that the Big 4 charge for these services).

If you want to hear more about what these pillars can look like when "right-sized" for your business, contact me to set up an exploratory call.
